Terms of Use
These Terms govern your use of the mobile game Weapon Ball Arena (the “Game”) published by Solar App. By playing the Game you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.
1. Eligibility
The Game is intended for players aged 13 and over. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you need your parent’s or guardian’s permission, including for any purchase.
2. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to play the Game for non-commercial purposes. All rights in the Game, its content and trademarks remain with Solar App and its licensors. The app stores’ terms (Google Play, Apple App Store) also apply.
3. Virtual items and purchases
Coins, gems, balls, packs and other virtual items have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money and are licensed to you, not sold. Purchases are processed by Google Play or the App Store under their refund policies. If a purchase is refunded or charged back, we may remove the items it granted. Rewards for watching ads are granted only when the ad network confirms the ad was completed.
4. Auto-renewing subscriptions
The Starter Pack is an auto-renewing weekly subscription. Payment is charged to your Google Play or Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase, and the subscription renews automatically every week at the same price unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. Each paid week grants the bundle shown in the shop (gems, coins and a pack) once. You can manage or cancel the subscription at any time in your Google Play or App Store account settings (the “Manage” button in the shop opens them); after cancelling, it stays active until the end of the paid period and no further bundles are granted after that. Uninstalling the Game does not cancel a subscription. We do not issue refunds ourselves: refunds are handled by Google Play or Apple under their policies, and if a week is refunded we remove the bundle it granted.
5. Fair play
Do not cheat, use bots or modified clients, exploit bugs, interfere with the servers, or use offensive nicknames. We may reset progress, remove items or block access when these rules are broken.
6. Online service
The Game needs an internet connection. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, content or the online service. Your progress is tied to the install ID on your device; if you uninstall the Game or clear its data, your progress may be lost.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The Game is provided “as is” without warranties to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Solar App is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for the loss of virtual items. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

9. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms; the date above shows the latest version. Contact: the developer contact details shown on the Game’s page in Google Play or the App Store.
